The ultimate goal is to enhance the dog's appearance and happiness, while educating owners on how to maintain their dogs coat during the weeks in between before the next appointment. Policies
(Please Read)
Matting and Dematting
Grooming services include 5 minutes of complimentary light dematting. If a pet requires additional time due to excessive matting, dematting will be performed and charged at $25 per 30 minutes.
Agressive Pets
Muzzles may/will be used when necessary. Muzzles will not harm your pet; instead, the muzzle protects both pets and the Stuff 2 Fluff staff. You will be charged a special handling fee of $25 in addition to the regular grooming charges, and the charges are non-negotiable.
Estimated Weights & Pricing
All weights (and hair types) entered on our online booking system are considered estimates; therefore, final pricing may be subject to adjustment on the day of the appointment. For accuracy and to ensure appropriate service, all pets will be weighed on-site prior to the appointment.
Ticks and Fleas
We must be informed if you suspect your pet has fleas, ticks or other parasites. If fleas or ticks are found during any service, your pet will be treated with a product to kill the fleas and/or ticks and you will be charged in addition to your invoice ($50). Ticks found will be removed for an additional charge ($25). All charges are non-negotiable.
Vaccination Requirements
We take health and safety very seriously. To protect all pups in our care, we REQUIRE certification from your veterinarian that your pup has been vaccinated against:

We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

Vaccinating your pup against Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza
Of course, no pups are admitted with ticks, fleas, or other pests, and all should have legal licenses.
Late Pick up
Holding dogs 30 minutes after they are finished with their grooming appointment is considered as boarding. WE DO NOT BOARD DOGS. If your pet is not picked up, 30 minutes after the grooming appointment is complete, a charge of $35 will apply to your invoice as "Late Fee"
Cancellation/ No Show
Clients have 72 hours before the appointment day to cancel the scheduled appointment. If Clients do not cancel before the slotted time the client will be billed the total amount of the scheduled appointment.
We understand there may be emergency situations and will work with you. Please be respectful of our time as we are a by appointment business. Please Note: Clients 30 minutes late risk losing their appointment without prior notice.
